Best C64 Emulator?
« on: November 26, 2003, 03:57:45 pm »
Allright, so, there are a few C64 games I want to get running on my cab.  I've tried a few, but can't find one that'll let me start and control from Mamewah, and close via escape.

Any recommendations?

i went to www.c64.com and used this one http://www.computerbrains.com/ccs64/index.html

--i didn't play with it enough to learn how to remap keys but the interface is easy enough.  Great for a quick game of bruce lee! ;D

I think I found that WinVICE can be launched fine from MAMEWAH...can't remember about quitting tho, I think I used Alt+X which was available to me (luckily) on my control panel.

Not neccessarily the *best* C64 emu tho...I used to like CCS64 too :)
