The only one that really existed in any real numbers was Make Trax, BUT it ran on almost an identical PCB to Pac and Ms. Pac and only required a couple mods to run those roms, so you can guess what happened to most of those machines.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
