That's a rather expensive stick for only 60 bucks, even if the game is a little old.

No, all MK/NRS sticks use 'Merican style sticks.  The stick is similar to a UMK3 stick, and the buttons strangely enough are a hybrid similar to a sanwa. 

Something that's really cool about this stick is that it has glowing controls and you have the option of having them always glow or having the rumble function control them.

doesn't matter I can use anything. might order it but I am replacing that crappy artwork the case looks kinda good with those curves and pattern.

Yeah, I like the case, not so much the artwork... but it has a separate piece of plexi for the glow effects so I'm guessing it'd be easier to mod the aw than most.  Heck you could probably print a new one out on photo paper and just stick it under there. 

I'm hoping these will go a bit cheaper if I wait (or maybe I can hunt up a coupon or something).  If I can get em for 40 bucks a pop I would get a set and build a new control panel around them.
