Creating a gamelist for Mala that only shows available games

Hi there,
I'm having a bit of trouble creating a game list that only shows the roms that I currently have.
Sorry if this is a really naff question but I have looked around and I can't seem to find anything. There are a bunch of list creators but they don't seem to have a filter for available roms...
Any ideas?

I clicked on this option and Mala is only displaying 20% of the games in my roms folder.  I've tested all of the games using MameUI32.  Does it make a difference if I'm using MameUI32 145 vs Mame 151?

Any help would be appreciated.
