Tilting my screen?
« on: November 27, 2013, 02:43:41 pm »
Almost every arcade I've seen in real life has a tilted screen. Since I'm using a flat LCD, I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on tilting the screen. I'm building a 4 player cab and don't want to bury the screen behind the sidewalls. I'm also curious as to what the effect would have on lightgun games. In using two aimtraks  I would think my best bet is to have the screen upright at 90 degrees. Thoughts?

Most authentic arcade 4 player cabs don't bury the monitor in the cabinet. That's a byproduct of converting a regular cab to 4-way.
