Looks neat.

How does it perform on  angle greater than 90º?  Could it make a 90º with a larger radius?  Looks neat.

I can set and hold an angle from about 15 to 110 degrees. It makes a very tight radius. I was hoping for a little more rounded  radius than I got. The 90 is pretty square. I had to make some adjustments to the spacing of the heat strip to the plastic. I found about a 1/4 inch of space best and no touching what so ever.

Good job building the bender. I built one myself using a similiar heating element. Never would I have thought about making the folding work table. I just bend mine with the edge of a table.
