I have a cool Bezel, what size monitor should I get?
« on: November 09, 2013, 07:57:20 pm »
MAME newbie, this will be my first project. The bezel is about 16.2" wide and 12.75" tall with about 20.5" diagonal. I won't be getting an arcade monitor, so either a TV, CRT or LCD pc monitor. Any suggestions on what type/size?

19" to 21" will be ok
pc crt or lcd monitor will be easiest to get things running
you could use a crt tv which will give you the most authentic picture, but then you have a lot of reading up to do about how to get pc's to work with tv's (eg. vga to scart)..
