Dear friends,

(i posted this on another topic, but with no results)

i did spend some years here at Arcade Controls reading about building a cabinet.
Finally i build mine (if someone desires, i can send pictures), but i have problem with some machines.

For the vintage look, i used a 21" CRT TV for my cabinet. Wonderful visual on MAME, AAE, Daphne, PSONE, Saturn, etc.
But when i trie PC Games, Model 2 and Model 3 games in full screen, i just get a blue screen. The game is working (because of music and other sounds), but i have no image. These systems works pretty good in windowed mode, but nothing in fullscreen.

I use a Geforce 285 with Component output to this TV. When connected to a PC Monitor using VGA, DVI, HDMI, i have no problem.

Any ideas what's going on?
Frequency, maybe?

I'm waiting for your tips.

Best regards.

Hello,

one good news: Model 2 games are working fullscreen. The solution was silly. I just erased the folder and put a new one in place. With Model 3 this method didn't worked. Later i'll try the same with PC games and Daphne. Let's see.

Most likely a resolution issue. Double check the emulators run at 640x480 or something like that.
I do all that stuff even without a Joystick ;)

Hello, Sat,

i tried it at 320x240 and 640x480.
No solution.

Anyone here uses these emulators hooked at a 480i TV using RGB component cables?

After some time i'm back with the solution.

As i remember, the emulador have its pre-defined resolutions.
What i did to make it work was lower the resolution a little on the TXT file. No the games are fully working inside Hyperspin.

(now if someboy have this issue around the internet, might find the solution right here)
