PAC man audio issue fix

PAC man PCB Audio issue fix
Symptom: Game sound and music sound a bit strange and off pitch.
Fix: replace chip 1M
Chips 1M and 2M pertain to audio on PAC man boards.
Just posting this if someone else ever runs into this issue.
