LCD - which is best

Any suggestions on LCD monitors?. Who makes a good one? I'm looking at Viewsonic and Sony right now.

Look at your contrast Ratio.  The higher the better.  

Also, for using LCDs for MAME, you should always run at the LCDs native resolution, and enable stretch (and maybe scanlines).
