Program to set 'escape' as exit key for any emulator?

I am wondering if there is a program that allows you to set 'escape' as the exit key for any emulator.  I have already downloaded the emulators from stuzza's site that have this feature as a default--great stuff.  But I now have some other emulators that do not appear to allow this without going back to a Windows status bar to exit.  I thought HowardC had a program for this at one time.  Is there such a thing and where can it be found?  Ideally, I would have all my emulators launch to full screen and exit via escape as the ones on Stuzza's site do.

Exactly which wrapper is it?  Just want to make sure.  Does it work for ANY emulator?
