Try opening the 25 kHz range a little bit so that more vertical games can be calculated through this range:
crt_range1 23900.00-24900.00,50.00-65.00,2.870,3.000,4.440,0.451,0.164,1.148,0,0,336,400,0,0
when I ran vmmaker I put the ms2930 preset codes vmmaker.ini then I put it in ume.ini . That's the only way I get to boot to 640x480@60
If I put the code you provided me with I boot up in interlace monitor custom . Don't know if this will make it have different results.
I really don't get what you mean. You shouldn't be touching VMMaker since a couple of posts. When I told you to leave VMMaker alone, above. The crt_range lines are ONLY for ume.ini.
Ok. So I put this code into the ume.ini and ran vmmaker.
crt_range0 15450.00-16050.00,50.00-65.00,3.190,4.750,6.450,0.191,0.191,1.164,0,0,192,288,448,576
crt_range1 23900.00-24900.00,50.00-65.00,2.870,3.000,4.440,0.451,0.164,1.148,0,0,336,400,0,0
crt_range2 31000.00-32000.00,50.00-65.00,0.330,3.580,1.750,0.316,0.063,1.137,0,0,480,512,0,0
However, most vertical games were at 640x480 I don't know why but vmmaker is behaving like it does with this code
crt_range0 15450.00-16050.00,50.00-65.00,3.190,4.750,6.450,0.191,0.191,1.164,0,0,192,288,448,576
crt_range1 23900.00-24900.00,50.00-65.00,2.870,3.000,4.440,0.451,0.164,1.148,0,0,384,384,0,0
crt_range2 31000.00-32000.00,50.00-65.00,0.330,3.580,1.750,0.316,0.063,1.137,0,0,480,512,0,0
