Loewe Super flatline vs blackline vs blackline s
« on: September 04, 2013, 06:37:00 pm »
Hi, I am planning on buying an old Loewe TV for retro gaming. The models I'm interested in are the Calida 5072 and the Calida 5063.

The 5072 has a 68cm super flatline tube and the 5063 has a 63cm blackline s tube.

The super flatline tubes in the 5072 are supposed to be very good but the screen is a little large for me

My understanding is that the blackline S tube is different than a straight blackline tube (with no 'S')

The Calida 5063 has a blackline S tube and is more my size than the 5072 but does anyone know whether the Blackline S tubes are of a picture lower quality than the Super flatline tubes?

Thanks :)
