I'm presently working on building various cabinet types such as bartops, pinball cabinets, etc. (a la this thread) and was hoping I could ask a huge favour. For those who repair their own monitors, would you mind providing dimensions of both the internal and external screen components? I'm hoping we could amass a list of different models, including the length, height and depth of the screen including the bezel, and then, without the bezel (i.e decased) and whether or not there are superfluous components (such as a surround that couldn't be removed) that may cause concern.

I'm hoping that we can use this thread as an archive for the various models and their sizes. It would definitely help out a lot of builders, as right now, if I'm looking at building a pinball cabinet, I almost have to go out and buy the monitors, decase them, and then build to suit.

Of course, if anyone knows where to find this information (Best Buy and Future Shop's dimensions don't seem to be up to snuff, 100% of the time) that would also be helpful. Thanks!
