Extended Bartop Project
« on: August 27, 2013, 12:32:51 am »
This is another project I'm working on for the heck of it.

Took the Bartop profile and added some height to it, to make a simple laminated 4ft. corner cabinet.  Was lazy and didnt snap too many photos at the beginning.  So here's what i did snap and where it is now....

A Little Laminate Lesson

Oh yeah, don't operate a jigsaw late at night when your tired or you get this crap....

This is what it looks like now....

I dig this design, it has a sort of lowboy vibe to it.

What are you thinking for monitor size and orientation?

Yeah I was thinking halfway point between bartop and fullsize cab.....For folks that don't have cabinet or table space, and dont want the huge 300lb hard to move cab.

This is small enough to transport, can fit in a nice corner and comfortably be played from a stool.  Not an original idea, its merely a kid-cade a little more grown  ;D

Starting the wiring, got the underlighting and the marquee lighting done....I've also started getting xbox up and running....will run vision with the xbmc app for a little jukebox action as well....

Hell Haruman makes everything....I'm not mass producing, i do local sales if any....

TechWarrior, I think it is, has him busy anyway.

I love all his stuff and what you guys are doing, i just prefer to cut & build rather than kit.

Like the new pinball unveiling, looking forward to seeing what you manufacture and deliver...
