It's generally not a good idea to just "switch chassis" willy-nilly without regard to make/model. Yoke impedance and CRT pinout do matter as does whether the chassis needs an isolation transformer or not.
There are some "universal" replacement chassis made by Chinese and Korean companies that retrofit many chassis, but you need to be within certain specifications to work without blowing up the chassis. In other words, don't use a low impedance yoke with a chassis designed for high impedance.
