I have tried searching for documentation on this program, but I can't seem to find anything, or even the original download.  There are text files in the folder for the arcade osd program, but nothing that tells me how to use it.  Google searches turn up pages in foreign languages, so I am still unsure.

I have Groovymame running in an arcade cab, using an arcade vga and CRT emu drivers.

I thought that Arcade OSD allows you to set vertical and horizontal size, and position, for all of your available resolutions, so you don't have to tweak your monitor adjust board every time you play a game.

When I run the program, I have figured out how to center things in the geometry menus, but I cant figure out how to increase vertical size or horizontal size. Is that possible with this program?  Or do I have to adjust vert and horiz size on my CRT adjust board?

Horizontal size can be adjusted.
Vertical size cannot be adjusted.

This is valid for GroovyMAME and ArcadeOSD and Powerstrip and whatever software based on modelines. This is asked so often that I even put a scrolling banner on the main GroovyMAME thread:

GroovyMAME can get all your resolutions to almost fit perfectly on the HORIZONTAL, once you find your custom specs. No software can control the VERTICAL size of a resolution on a CRT monitor, you need to adjust it physically (potentiometers, service menu, etc.).
Adjusting the horizontal size is performed by increasing or decreasing the horizontal borders (porches).
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

Yep, my comment was mainly about just using arcadeOSD..it's difficult to work out how to do it :)
I am aware of the vertical adjustment not being able to be done..
