I have the current setup for a MAME PC that I'm planning to put in a cab:

AMD 3000+ on MSI K8MM MB
1gb ram
Arcade VGA (AGP)
Win XP Pro 64

I have 2 usb encoders for controls, and the on-board sound is working with an audio amp to the cab's speakers.

So far, I've got pretty much everything working in the cab, save the monitor, as I still havent found a 15k arcade monitor (current one is VGA).

I've been testing my rig on a NEC XM29 outside the cab (way too big) that does 15k and using Groovy Arcade.  Still working out the kinks with that, but it does work with my xm29 set to 15k (generic), so I think it should work once I get a 15k monitor.

My questions is :  Is there an easier and or better setup than Groovy Arcade for my hardware?  Here's what I want to do:

(1) Boot directly into a GUI/Frontend etc.
(2) Select games with the joysticks, or a wireless mini-keyboard/ trackpad that I use.
(3) Play 90's  and early 2000's 2D games CPS2, Neogeo, CPS1, etc
(4) Play 2D consoles:  NES definitely, and SNES and Genesis if possible.
(5) If possible (prolly not) play 3D games emulated in mame like Tekken, Die Hard Arcade,  etc if my hardware allows.

Would I be better off getting some front-end that runs multiple emulators?  Is anything like that able to consistently output the 15k and correct resolutions? I chose GA because it looked the easiest, but I've heard that to load other emulators like snes and stuff I'm going to need to upgrade.

(sorry about the long post :D )
