GPwiz40 and LEDwiz-32 issues
« on: April 16, 2013, 02:45:27 pm »
I am running windows 7 64 bit on my first time mame build, the first issue i have is that i plugged in both my gp-wiz 40's and they pick up in windows and i can press buttons and all that, but when i start up keywiz, it does not see either of the gp-40's. i have tried with my keyboard plugged in and unplugged, both are the usb version.

my 2nd problem is that ledwiz will not turn on any of my lights for my buttons which i think may lead back to my first issue of the gp-40's not being picked up. i have checked my wiring and then checked it again and it all seems to check out perfect. i dont know why the software is not picking up the boards. is windows 7 64 a bad choice of operating systems? should i move to XP 64 bit? i am running an I7 2600k and a nvidia 660 ti.

also noteworthy, not sure if the mobo have usb 3.0 slots affects anything.

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give.
