QMC2 is a multi-platform mame/mess/ume rom manager and frontend (qmc2-arcade). Visit their website here.

I have been testing this app out on my mac, and will possibly use it in my cabinet build running ubuntu linux. I joined their forum and left my suggestions to help make the app better.
