Mame Cab Problems

I can see the list fine in arcadeos 2.5 but when I try to start the games there is a screen on each side and a big bar in the middle.
I'm not sure how to change settings nor do I know much about dos.

I am running arcadeos 2.5(I used the omnicade boot cd)
I have a ati rage 128 agp vid card, with a jpac and an mkII cab with a wells gardner 25" mon.
I'm not sure if this is my vid card or my settings. I checked the arcadeos cfg file by putting the hdd in another pc and incabinet is set to 1, for an arcade monitor. ;D

I would really appreciate your help guys!!
