I'm having problems with model 2 that seem to be related to the driver or my setup. I'm using a hd4350 and recently switched my motherboard and cpu. I did a fresh install and m2 is stuttering a lot. It did work with the same card on another system. I have a thread about this in the software forum and it seems like it may be a problem with the driver or the card. As long as tile maps are deactivated via f7 the gameplay is fluid. Is it possible to enter the ati graphic card settings somehow as I got some suggestions to deactivate options that might help with my problem.

Thanks in advance. I know this forum is about groovy Mame but this is more related to the crt driver than m2.

Solved:

Okay I finally got it to run smooth. Here's what I did in the M2 ini:

SoftwareVertexProcessing=1
ForceManaged=1
