heh, in the buglist I asked if there could be more than one rom path.  Is this so?

You can configure the same emulator multiple times then have a list for each different rom path.

Other than mame32 what FE's can point to multiple paths?
My statements are my own opinions. They have the value that the reader gives them. My opinion of my opinion varies between foolish and brilliant and these opinions often change with new information.

Lazarus/Dragon King can.

I don't want a list for each path, but I have different paths.

I'm suprised FEs don't just load mame's cfg or ini file and extract the folders from that.

Mine used to do just that up to v0.90.  I removed it for my big re-write and haven't got to add it back...I'm sure one day I'll get there...

ok, because I started to review the frontends.  That would be the only thing keeping me from using it as a normal FE.
