ElectoHome G07 Game Playable but Red & Gr flash on off every 1/2 sec

I have a 1988 Superman that I am restoring.
Everything now works fine except when playing the game some of the colors are not solid.  They quickly flash on and off every 1/2 seconds at a very constant rate.
I confirmed that these colors should be on full time.

For example Superman   Player2 RED should have Solid colors.
When I put the board in test mode it confirms they colors are not solid.

1) Is this a Monitor Issue?  Maybe a Cap Kit needed (visual inspection, I did not seen any blown spots on monitor board)

2) Or is it a MainBoard game issue like in the posting about Pacman games maybe a PCB cold joint or IC issue?

Photos in next post attached show 1/2 second colors are there, next 1/2 second they are not.  Blue and white seems good in test pattern but not in the game where Blue is not always solid on Superman.

is that green square white? (or close to?) i'm leaning towards a game board issue. or the video wires are shorting together (checked for wires touching together from the game board up to the monitor.)

if this was a monitor issue, it would cause the screen to wash out with red, green, or blue... or the red,green, or blue squares would go black. this isn't happening here.

I don't know anything about your particular board. but sometimes using a pencil eraser on the contacts on the edge connector of the game board can clear up all sorts of issues.

Several things you should do:

Clean edge connector foil fingers on the gameboard.

Inspect monitor main board and neck board for colder solder joints.

Recap monitor if it has not been done.

Test tube on a rejuvenator.

Thank you for the information.
I have confirmed it is not a monitor issue.
I borrowed an other Jamma based game and the colors are perfect.
I will post in the the other thread with the Superman subject in case any one else out there as this board or a Taito board with a past issue like this.

I cleaned everything and checked the daughter board.  I then checked most of the traces to the video chips areas.
Nothing helped.

In my testing I did find something strange.  Everything you turn it on or off you get different colors working better or worse.
For example in the test pattern on the diag screen the greens may all come on or more blues.

Maybe a better description is many of the graphics are Oscillating and a set frequency so I was looking at the video but that was no help.  Plus  I know the monitor is good as other Jamma boards look ream good.
Ideas?
