Mame32 help

Hi all

I know have mame32 running, I open some games and they work with no problems at all. Then other games when opened go all jumpy and can just see a picture in background. But when I run these games after I have ticked "run in window" then run fine but obviously don't fill the screen.

Any ideas please??????
