What controller board is needed? Please help

Hi all,

I am building my own joystick and I want to use it on Playstation 3 console.  What controller board is needed to play on PS# (Playing both PS3 and PC is a plus)?
I don't know if the cthulhu board and zero delay encoder board will work on PS3 or not, even though the PS3 use USB port for its controller.

By the way, I want to play JAMMA games later on and would l need to change to different controller board? what is it? or is there and adapter allowing you to play with YOUR "recommended board"?  Thank you so much

cthulhu board and zero delay encoder board will both work on the PS3. I've used both. The problem with the zero delay encoder is that it doesn't have a "Home" button support for the PS3. I would recommend the ZD ReMatch Encoder, it has the "Home Button", plus comes with wiring.
Cthulhu boards don't come with the wiring and are slightly more expensive. Check this post, Vigo should be back this month from vacation. I've bought several ZD encoders from him in the past.
