I have eaten many of a great turkey in my time (39 Thanksgivings) All were good. Some were lacking (MREs in Kuwait). Some were amazing, but this had to be the best dry brined, bacon bit rosemarry butter infused, slow roasted, onion and garlic stuffed, bacon wrapped bird that I have ever eaten. Happy TURKEYDAY to all.
