Hi again,
Well I have been through some further investigations with my monitor issue and thanks to the help of my father who has some experience in electronics we found something interesting

We unmounted the printed board circuitry and turned it on the solded side....what a surprise to see that the board is broken and therefore shortcutted in the area where the yoke deflection is connected!!
This monitor has probably received a violent shock due to poor care during transport

We both think this is the culprit and my father said it is not a big deal to get this repaired and set it again back to work!

I just hope the shock has not damaged something else
