COLECO TRACK BALL HACK?
« on: October 29, 2003, 03:43:20 pm »
I just came across an ancient Colecovision track ball (I don't even know if it works).

...but if it does work....does anyone think it may be possible to hack for use in Mame?

The MameMaster!  :P
Seriously. Will it fit in my basement or what?

If you take it apart and its uses two optosensors like most trackballs it shouldnt be that hard do a mouse hack and connect it, what kind of connector does it use and do you know what voltage the colecovision uses on its controller ports?

Hmmm...interesting suggestion. I don't have a clue. I'll take it apart and check it out. If I have time I'll post a few pics.

Thanks for the suggestion.
