Question about crane parts
« on: November 02, 2012, 05:12:46 pm »
Second time posting, the forum ate my first post  :)

I'm working on the second of two cranes I purchased, and have a large tub of what I thought were spare parts for it (Grayhound with original 3 board setup).  Turns out to be completely unrelated parts.  There are 5 maxtrol max-3700 controllers, 2 with mounts for coin counters.  5 more bare boards for them.  A dozen claw coils (to actuate the claws) and a pair of claws (one medium and one large).  Some other misc coiled cable for connecting the claws.

My question is does this stuff have any value in the used market?  If so, what would be a good source of determining value (typical completed eBay auction listings didn't turn up much)?  I'm not looking to maximize cash on these, rather offer someone a great deal that's fair to everyone.  Or, better yet, trade for arcade stuff that I would have a use for.
