Ms. Pacman Cocktail Underlay

I'm looking for the Ms. Pac-man cocktail table underlay in either hi-res jpg or in a vector format.  I would like a single file that I can send to a printer to print the whole thing.

I have found a scan that has the various "ms Pac-man" and "instructions" sections, but I'm hoping to not have to build this into a single page to print.  As a jpg, I'm guessing the size would be nearly unmanageable.

Has someone already constructed this as an Illustrator file?

Also, I may be able to get a small number of these printed if anyone else is interested.  I'm assuming it will be large-format inkjet on photo paper, but I do not have the details yet.
