New to the arcade scene...what to do next

To the best of my ability I rescued a vintage 1982 Ms. Pac man, restored her with NOS parts, left a few scratches on the cabinet and glass, and had fun doing it.  Now I have a donor Ms. Pac man in rough shape sitting in my basement.  It has no monitor.  The artwork on sides and front is awful.  The CPO is banged up and the joystick is pretty funky.  I have one missing coin-mech and two wires on the coin door are cut.  The monitor glass has stains visible in the silkscreening.  Front kickpanel has a two nickel sized holes where an auxillary coin door strap went across it. The positive thing is that it plays blind.  I can navigate through at least one level of pacman blind...I played a lot back in the day.  My question is what do you think I should do with the donor machine?  Can the working parts in Ms. Pacman be converted to another arcade game?

as far as I know everything can be used in another setup but it would have to be wired accordingly to the new setup ie get an ipac and setup for a mame pc you could use all your controls joysticks coin mechs. and use the pc to supply power to lights ant whatnot..

or use the parts you have and buy another gameboard. not all harness's are the same so make sure you are aware of the pinout of the board you are going to use .

Don't take this wrong, but I would change the subject line to something on the lines of "New to the arcade scene - Rough donor Ms Pac-Man - what to do next?" 

Since you said it plays blind, I know you can find old monitors and put them in, but that is way beyond my knowledge level.  I just am starting to learn how to use a multi-meter.
