Questions about CarnEvil and some other games...

So I'm trying to play CarnEvil but when I try and shoot at the bad guys nothing is happening. I have Mame set up to work with the mouse and the keyboard. I typically use the Left Control, Left Alt, and Space Bar for action buttons. It appears I'm not "firing" anything. Anybody? Also, can anyone tell me what the minimum system requirements are to run NFL Blitz and what is the most demanding Mame game as far as power needed?

Same thing happened to me.  You have to go into the game's gun calibration mode and calibrate.  I can't remember offhand how I got to it.  Aimtrak works awesome with it though. B

Hit F2 to get into the calibration.
