What's the oddball button above the top row for?

In my opinion, the panel is too cluttered looking, but to each his own.

the button is just a function button like the others and the others above are start buttons the one in the middle is a ragequit/ back button and the giant hole ontop is a where a glass ashtray sits with light underneath. illuminating the plexiglass
you are right it is cluttered, but i doubt about deleting stuff or just adding till it is completely filled

Maybe fewer images so it doesn't look like someone threw a game catalog into a blender.    

Consider resizing a few related images to fill the space with a cohesive theme.

Also consider moving the admin buttons a little farther away from the player buttons.
