Not sure what you mean by "different mame emu", but I use a lot of different emulators.
MAME - Old school, 2D fighters, some 3D including Tekken series if your computer is fast enough
Zinc - Some people use this to play Tekken and some other 3D games if their PC isn't fast enough to run it in MAME.
Viva Nonno - Plays only the Ridge Racer series, which is playable in MAME now, but requires a screamer of a PC.
Nebula's Sega Model 2 Emulators (M2emulator) - 3D Sega Model 2 games like Virtual Fighter, Daytona USA, etc.
Daphne - Laserdisc games, such as Dragon's Lair and Cliff Hanger
Demul - Sega Naomi and Atomiswave arcade games like Guilty Gear and Crazy Taxi. Naomi 2 games like Virtua Fighter IV don't run very well yet.
Makaron - Also plays Sega Naomi. Shmups and Dead or Alive Millenium play better on this emulator for me, but it's not nearly as user friendly
Taito Type X, X2 - Not an emulator. These were arcade games that originally ran on a PC inside the cab. They have been cracked to run on a standard PC.
Most of these aren't nearly as easy to set up as MAME.
