Need some quick artwork tweek done by someone with know how

Hello!
I got to make a quick color change to a Mario Bros CPO. I try to make the color change and it comes out all.. Well, blurry and the old color remains. On the Mario Bros CPO I want to change the green from one green to another. Also I may want to move some text around to make room for maybe a spinner, IF you guys think a DK sized CP can hold 2 players, each with 6 buttons and a spinner in the middle. I think it can! I saw a picture of a dk sized mario bros mame cpo with 2 players, 6 buttons each, and the cp looked like it had enough room.

If anyone can help me with this art work! Maybe I can FINALLY start finishing my cab!

And I don't want to mess it up by rushing it, (CPS MOST IMPORTANT PART TO A CAB, IN MY OPINION.) So if someone can help me out, I'd really, really appreciate it!
