preferred method to organize roms for Hyperspin??

Im new to the Hyperspin FE and im learning the setup. Ive seen a few programs out there that might help in eliminating roms listed in the database I dont have but am not sure which one is the best...suggestions?

There is also Dons HyperSpin tools (check my signature) .

I also suggest that create an account on the hyperspin forums. They have an extremely helpful and friendly community.
