First MAME build have LCD question
« on: September 05, 2012, 04:40:30 pm »
Im starting to figure out all the technical specs for my first MAME build and have decided that a 32" lcd is as big as I would like to go that way it can fit in a door way. The question I have is a 60hz lcd tv going to be good enough for his type of gaming? Any help or suggestions would be great.

After looking through a few threads I think I have got an answer.. looked at another build using a 32" lcd that was 720p and 60 hz.

My next question would be what about a video card.  I have a motherboard with dual core processor and 8 gig ram laying around and would like to know what kind of agp video card should be used? Anything will do or is there a specific?
