Safest way to run a Sanyo EZ20 from a PC?

I am currently working on restoring a Donkey Kong cabinet and initially I am going to be running MAME on it from a PC. What is the safest way to go from the pc to the EZ20 without damaging the monitor? I have read many different things but I thought I would seek out some opinions from people that have done it. Right now I am leaning towards using soft15khz and powerstrip with a compatible vid card.
Thoughts?
Thanks.

Remember to use the isolation transformer (should have a 2 prong plug). Those monitors are 100v so you cant just use any iso transformer.
Also remember you will need to use a video converter for that monitor.

I saw a guy on Youtube that used a power converter he got on Amazon to convert the power to 100v, would that work ok? Also, since it has a Jamma board in it now, would that mean I already have the video converter?

I guess it would be fine as long as its 100v and has an isolation transformer. If its currently running a jamma board then yeah I guess it would already have the conversion board. I believe that board would be to the opposite side of the monitor as the audio board. I imagine you won't be using the on monitor audio board with mame as you would probably just go out to powered speakers.

I will have to do some looking around on the monitor. When I get it out of the cabinet I will take some better pictures and maybe somebody can point out if the converter is there or not.
..and yes I plan on using a small mini amp to power the speaker.

So I have a Soft15kz compatible video card. I have read some concerns over damaging the EZ 20 during windows boot up. Is this a valid concern using Soft15Khz?
