Given a nominal thickness of wood (any thickness, 3/4 is a good start). I fabricate a U channel frame for the panel to slide out on a given side when "released". Any ideas, short of a precise cut within the channel, to prevent the panel from shifting around in the frame?
Note, there is a front and back to it. Like a picture frame but I don't want to remove the panel straight out the back because I might not have full access to the back. Hence the need to pull out the side.
I can pull out through the front, but I can't think of anything there either.
