KeyWiz Uploader - "hanging issue" fix and a New Win7 Version.

I've contacted the few customers who have sent us emails, but I want to make sure I don't miss anyone who has asked for assistance on this.

Like the subject says, we have a version which will very likely fix the issues a few folks have been having with the Uploader software hanging up the software on occasion.  As I have stated in past, this usually happens when a background app pulls the focus away from the Uploader while it is attempting to download the codes to the KeyWiz.  The new version is more adamant about making the connection, and will sense that this has occurred, and retry several times if necessary.

We also have a new version for Windows 7 and Vista users.  The Windows 7 version will also work with earlier OS versions, so feel free to give this a go as well.

Hopefully, these will help the few users who have been experiencing issues with their setups.  If you try these, be sure to back up your config folder before re-installing, or install to a different folder.
