Please see the pictures and help me identify my monitor

As advised by Krick I'm posting pictures of my monitor to see if you can help me identify it. It's an 29" arcade monitor that came with an old cabinet I bought for $200. I posted pictures of windows as well as they seen very sharp to me.

Please help.

I called the person who sold me and he said it's a "Barawood, MC220 / PV 2020". I googled it and found nothing. Does this ring any bells to you guys? Maybe itīs a Chinese hack or something.
