Catver.ini "duplicate" filter

I created a list in Mamewah using the catver.ini filters—I got tired of scrolling through dozens of duplicates, so I set the duplicates filter to "Only if Better than Parent".

But now, when I scroll down to games starting with "Pac---", I only see "Pac-Land" and "Pac-Man Plus"... is there some way I can ONLY remove games with the exact same name? (e.g. without the 'dupe filter I have 6 games called "Pac-Man" by different manufactures).
