Todd from ArcadeOverlays.com is a great guy!
« on: July 18, 2012, 01:27:52 am »
This is a re-post from KLOV.  I'm trying to let as many people know as possible.

For the first time in the 5 years I have been running the March of Dimes charity raffle I had a vendor not follow through with the prize they pledged. A donor had selected that particular prize and I passed his contact info on to the vendor and considered it a done deal. A month and a half roll by and the prize winner contacts me and tells me he has never recieved his prize let alone any confirmation from the vendor. I look into it, and after repeated emails and phone calls with no reply I figured trying to recover the prize might be a lost cause. I don't feel right leaving the prize winner empty handed, so I vow to find him a suitable replacement prize.

On a whim I contacted Todd at ArcadeOverlays http://arcadeoverlays.com/ and explained my situation. Without hesitation he pledged to match the original vendor's prize with no questions asked. Moreover, Todd asked to be included in next year's March of Dimes campaign. I can't thank Todd enough for stepping in and filling the prize void left by the previous vendor. A man's character goes along way, and Todd just earned me as a fan .
