Atari games free in iOS app store for 40th anniversary

I read this in the GameEx.com forums, thought I'd share.

You have to download the games individually but took me 10 minutes to do the entire 99 game library. Just downloaded this to my iPad and iPhone. 

*note* I had at least one International user on Atari Age state it may not be free outside the US - the app tried to charge him. I can only say I am in the US and it worked fine for me. Can't hurt to try though.

I would have loved to get this for free! And with the price jacking up again after the promo, it is just sad to have let the opportunity pass by.

Well, that is why going to the forum ever so often would have been something that is really important and helpful to be able to spot promos such as this.

I would have loved to have tried a few of the games in full out.
