Kortek ktm-f33 (KT-3301) Info Needed

I am having trouble finding a manual and/or info on this 33" monitor.  I just purchased this cab/monitor and I plan on using it in a Mame setup.  I will try to keep the questions short. 

1) Is this a 15k only monitor? I plan on using it with an ArcadeVGA and want to make sure I am setting the drivers correctly.

2) What strength should the signal inputs be 1V vs 5V?

3) Should this monitor be used with an isolation transformer? The current setup it came with does not use an isolation transformer but I want to make sure I am doing this right (i.e. should I put one in).  The current setup uses a pass-through 115V/5A from the game's power supply to get juice to the monitor (FYI, PSU = SPI-250G). Is this normal? It is nice though as it is a simple way to make sure PS and monitor are turned on at the same time.

Thank you for any information you guys can provide.  I think I have destroyed Google and Bing trying to find the manual/specs on this monitor.
