Just got my hands on a old Chicago Coin shuffle bowling.  Thing is, I Don't even know what year, and or what model it is.

I have looked on the net, and I can't seem to find anything on it.

After going through it a little bit, and making sure i wasn't going to start a fire, I plugged it in.  Score is not being relayed to the top, tho it is resetting the score area when i do turn it on.  Also after throwing the shuffle puck down, and or hitting the switches, it doesn't reset to the next frame.

Would also like to restore the orginal wood work/ paint.   And restore the back glass as its starting to flake real bad.

This is going to be a challenge, as I have never worked on one of these before.

Any information on this machine would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the pictures..

hi
a hint here
look-up the patent # it will narrow down it's year
look's like a 1957 area
as pbj said turn your score reel motor's manual to make it count up
once u do >1 at a time< restart the game and see if the reel :home's:
ie 0's out,as these will cause u alot of grief,if u have had expernice with
em-pinball machine's ? they are just about the same,ie same common problem's...
