CGA to VGA board -- need power supply too?

Hi guys, I can't seem to get a response from jammaboards.com with my question so l was hoping one of you could help me out.
I'm thinking about putting a VGA LCD in one of my cabinets that's got a dieing monitor and l've come across this:
http://www.jammaboards.com/store/cga-ega-yuv-to-vga-arcade-hd-converter-pcb-gbs-8220-gbs-8220.html
My question is, do l need a power supply for this thing as well, or does the board already have that built in? If someone who's installed one of these could tell me what other products (if any) l'd need to buy to hook this bad-boy up that would be a great help.
Thanks for the help guys,

you can run 5 volts from your existing switch mode power supply
shows you in this pic the connections

Thanks grantspain,
What would that look like?
Also, would it "work" or be easier for me if l did purchase one of the power supplies form jammaboards.com to use with this as well?

you just run extra wires from the jamma connector or your existing power supply, you just need +5 and common, its as easy as getting another power supply and cheaper

This isn't a jamma, it's an old school centipede. What does the power supply look like?
