FMC's Summer Cocktail Project

So after my Neo Geo cab. I've been looking for my next unit to build and found two cocktails up on Kijiji. I managed to get one. What I got is a I think is a bootleg PCB and cab. So I'm looking at getting parts to make it workable, and since it was never anything special to begin with (that I know of, feel free to speak up if I'm about to work on something special) I'm thinking of converting into a 60 in 1 board. But after some looking around I'm not sure that I can.
Anyway enough talk on with the pictures
This is what I picked up
And this is where the interesting stuff comes in. Things were not hooked up so I'm going to need some guidance.
I'm not sure what to do either buy a new jamma or buy a conversion kit for my Ms Pacman.
As always Thanks and I'll keep you posted.
