Wells D9500 says "over range"

New at this so please be kind. I got a space ace cabinet that has a computer in it running Daphne with a flat screen monitor. Not happy how it looks so I want to put in a wells D9500 I have. The problem is when the computer loads xp screen and even set-up screen look fine...when it gets to window screen monitor says out of range. any help on how to adjust this will be appreciated!

check your refresh rate in the control panel for the video, try it at 60hz...it might be set to 75hz or something odd.

where in the control panel can I find the refresh setting I am using XP...Thanks!
